Guizhou Yingjier Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Yingjier) is a private enterprise and was established in 2001. In 2014, Yingjier moved to Longli High-tech Industrial Park, and the investment was nearly 80 million Yuan. The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters. We have more than 30,000 square meters of standard plant, more than 3000 square meters of staff dormitories and office rooms, and more than 160 employees including more than 20 management and technical professionals. Yingjier is a comprehensive enterprise integrating science, industry and trade with product development, marketing and production. Our company passed the ISO9001 quality management system in 2003, and passed ISO/TS16949 automotive product quality management system in 2007. We were awarded “High-tech Enterprise” in 2010 and 2013 by the government. Our products receive a high reputation in the industry.
The products of Yingjier are mainly engine cylinder heads. We also manufacture commodity castings. Yingjier has the ability of product design, mold making, production and processing. From the iron materials into the factory to the qualified products out of the factory, the whole process includes casting, heat treatment, mechanical processing and so on. It has the characteristics of a long industrial chain, complex technology and high technical content.
At present, our casting production mainly adopts modem casting technology such as coated sand casting and medium frequency furnace melting. In 2014, two new casting production lines were added, and they can produce about 4000 tons of complex and high-quality castings per year. Our company’s machining plant has more than 90 sets of processing equipment, CNC and machining centers account for more than 90% of equipment capacity. We also have an ultrasonic cleaning line to ensure the final product's quality. No matter if it is mass production for one product or small batch for different products, Yingier can always meet different needs for our client on time. By far, we can produce more than 70,000pcs of engine cylinder heads per year, and the annual output value is about 50 million yuan.
